Cara nak buad Kek Batik

Hyepp!!! before we start baking.. All you need is  

> A packet of MILO (the small packet)

> A can of milk (susu pekat)

> Marie biscuits (dptah-ptahkn pda 4 bhagian)

> Butter (250 g)

Cara-caranya :

1.Masukkan seketul butter, sepaket milo kecik tu (habiskan je terus) dengan susu di dalam kuali/periuk anda. Dan kacau laju-laju. Kacau je, jangan bagi dia berketul ok. Sebab mende alah ni senang sangat nak berketul. So memang kena kacau laju-laju macam kipas dekat syiling pasang nombor 4 (ok dah cukup kelajuan tu)

2.Pastu, kalau dah tengok dia macam blup blup blup buih menggelegak tu, masukkan biskut marie pulak. Kacau biskut tu bagi semua body body biskut tu dimandikan coklat . Tutup api.

Jangan kacau lama sangat atas api, karang dia lembik pulak

3.Masuk kan dalam loyang, pastu tekap tekap kan permukaan kek batik tu guna sudu, kasi mampatkan kek tu dan bagi semua biskut tu mendapat tempat dan ruang yang hak dan saksama.

4.Rasa-rasa macam dah puas hati, masuk dalam peti ais. Dalam 4 jam masuk dalam peti ais, boleh keluarkan. Nak semalaman sejuk kan pon boleh

5.Disebab kan aku tak sabar nak makan, baru 2 jam sejuk kan dah nak makan, macam berserpih serpih lak kek batik aku ni. Pastu disebab kan aku BIJAK sangat, aku boleh pulak pergi letak aluminium foil tu sapu dengan butter dalam loyang. Bila potong, melekat-lekat aluminium foil tu. So jangan lah buat kesilapan sengal aku ni. Letak je dalam loyang, tak payah nak aluminium foil sangattt

6.Dah siap! Dan boleh lah di makan begitu sahaja.

Senang je kan nak buat kek batik ni? Dah lah senang pastu sedap pulak. Dulu zaman-zaman sekolah  rajin gila buat kek batik ni. Tapi kek batik ni ada macam-macam versi. Ada yang guna telur. Tapi aku tak pasti kalau guna telur lagi sedap ke apa, sebab aku tak pernah buat guna telur.


Ada sesetengah orang suka yang lembik, ada gak suka yang rangup,ada yang suka yang sebijik macam kek. Macam aku, aku suka kek batik tu macam melekit sikit, bila makan tu sticky dekat tangan, ada sesetengah orang tak suka yang sticky, so ikut tekak masing-masing lah



Kalau nak sedap, boleh tambah nestum dengan kacang jugak.



 Aku pon bukan terror sangat pon buat kek batik, saja je nak mengisi masa lapang. untuk sendiri dan family makan boleh lah. Eh kalau korang ada resepi kek batik yang lagi sedap, bagi tahu lah eh.
